1. book a session


Choose a date & time

  • Click and follow the link to our booking page
  • You can book up to 4 days in advance
  • 3 locations to choose from


Enter Booking & Payment Details

  • Make sure your email is correct
  • Follow the instructions to enter your details
  • The account will be automatically created with your email

Review Booking Confirmation

  • You will receive two emails after a successful booking
  • Booking Confirmation and Facility Access Link
  • Please check your Inbox and Junk folder for the emails

2. Entering the facility

Access Link to the door

After a successful booking you will receive another email containing a Digital Access Link valid for your booking.

When you arrive at the facility, simply click on the link at the bottom of the email and the door will unlock for you to access the facility. Access Link will be valid from 10 minutes before until 10 minutes after your scheduled booking.

Please check your JUNK box if you do not see the access link email in your inbox, and play the video below for a detailed explanation.



3. START & FINISH YOUR SESSION
